A: Simply add your chosen WASBY® items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the secure payment steps. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.


Q: Do you offer unisex sizes?

A: Yes! All WASBY® apparel is designed to be inclusive and gender-neutral. Please check our size guide on each product page for exact measurements.


Q: Are your products made-to-order?

A: Many WASBY® items are made-to-order to reduce waste and ensure your product is created with care. This means slightly longer production times, but it also means your item is crafted with purpose.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?

A: WASBY® ships internationally. Shipping costs and times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.


Q: How long will delivery take?

A: Standard production and delivery usually take 7–14 working days. Custom or embroidered items may take longer. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has shipped.


Q: Do you offer express shipping?

A: At this time, we primarily offer standard shipping. Express shipping options may be available depending on your region — check at checkout.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange my item?

A: Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind. Each WASBY® piece is custom-produced once you place your order.


Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

A: If your order arrives with a production defect or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wasbylifestyle@gmail.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


Q: How do I report an issue?

A: Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. Our team will review and get back to you promptly.


Payments & Security

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods provided at checkout.


Q: Is my payment secure?
