WASBY® Refund & Returns Policy

At WASBY®, every item is created with care and purpose. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, so we’ve made our return process simple and transparent.

 

Returns Accepted

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags/packaging.

Free return shipping is provided for eligible returns.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom or personalised products (including made-to-order designs)

Digital downloads (journals, printables, affirmations, etc.)

Gift cards

 

Return Process

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at wasbylifestyle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label via email and instructions.

3. Ship the item back within 30 days of approval (or within 14 days of approval, whichever is later).

 

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If a return is not required (e.g., a defective item with proof provided), your refund will be processed within 10 business days of approval.

Please note: your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.

Replacements

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return costs and send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this, production begins and cancellation may not be possible.
