1. Made to Order

Each WASBY® Lifestyle product is created especially for you after you place an order. Because of this, we don’t hold stock and cannot offer returns or exchanges unless an item is defective (see our Returns Policy for full details).

 

2. Processing & Delivery

Processing time: usually 2–5 business days

Delivery times: vary by region (see our Shipping Policy for more)

You’ll always receive a tracking link once your order leaves us

 

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, production will have already begun and cancellation is no longer possible.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable

Secure payments are handled by trusted providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)

By placing an order, you agree to pay the total shown at checkout
